Q: Are the stickers waterproof?

A: The stickers are covered with a clear laminate sheet for extra durability. Will they withstand a few drops of rain? Yes. Would we recommend running them through a dishwasher? No.

Q: How are the stickers shipped?

A: We ship all of our stickers with stamps from USPS. There is no tracking available with this shipping method, but in our experience tracking doesn't decrease the risk of your order being lost in the mail at all.

Q: What do I do if I suspect my order has been lost in the mail?

A: If 6 business days have passed since you were notified that your order shipped, please send us an email via the Contact page on our website. We may ask you to wait another day or two to account for potential USPS delays.

We will always make sure that you receive your order. If we believe that the order you were originally shipped has been lost and will not arrive, we will ship out a replacement ASAP.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be shipped once I place it?

A: All orders ship within 1-2 business days of when the order was placed.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive once shipped?

A: Orders typically take 4-6 business days to arrive once shipped. Business days are Monday through Saturday and do not include holidays.

Q: Do you ship outside the US?

A: Yupp! We ship (almost) anywhere in the world via an International Stamp from USPS. We offer free domestic shipping on all of our stickers, but international shipping costs $1.50 USD for your order as a whole.

Just like our domestic shipping, there is no tracking for orders shipped with an international stamp.
